Where We Ship & Estimated Delivery Times

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) are processed the same day. Orders after that time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Cost

Free shipping on orders over $200!
For orders under $200, a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 applies.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the order’s subtotal before taxes and discounts, and are non-refundable.

For International Orders: Customs duties and import taxes may apply to international orders, and these are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or control these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further details.

Shipping Carriers

We ship with trusted carriers like DHL, UPS, and FedEx, and select the most efficient courier based on your location. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

Tracking Your Order

Account Holders: Sign in to your account and navigate to the "My Orders" section to track your order. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Non-Account Holders: Simply create an account using the email address associated with your order to access tracking details.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel or modify your order within a short window after placing it. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or altered. In that case, you’ll need to follow our return process.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you’ve made a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us right away. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships, but there’s only a short window of time to make changes.

Shipping Delays

We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. However, unexpected events like customs delays, extreme weather, or other disruptions can sometimes cause shipping delays. If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days from the expected delivery date, please reach out to us at service@llskinglobal.com, We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of placing it, please contact us at service@llskinglobal.com with your order number. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to locate your package.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery. Take photos or videos of the damaged package and items, and contact us immediately. Our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue and will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges
